Biosystems G IGG reagent STRUCTURE
A. Reagent. The Imidazolovy buffer of 0,1 mol/l, goat antibodies to IgG of the person, azid of sodium of 0,95 g/l, rn 7,5.
– A water thermobath on 37ºC.
– The analyzer, the spectrophotometer or a photometer with a thermostatically controlled measuring cell with a temperature 37ºC and with the filter 540 ± 20 nanometers.
Biosystems G IGG reagent SAMPLES
The serum or plasma collected on standard procedure. As anticoagulant to use heparin or EDTA. Lipemichesky samples are not suitable for testing.
Stability of IgG in serum or plasma makes 7 days at 2-8ºC.
A. Reagent: 1 x 50 mL. Imidazole buffer 0.1 mol/L, goat anti-human IgG antibodies, sodium
azide 0.95 g/L, pH 7.5.
Store at 2-8ºC.
The Reagent is stable until the expiry date shown on the label when stored tightly closed and if
contaminations are prevented during its use.
Indications of deterioration: Presence of particulate material, turbidity, absorbance of the blank
over the limit indicated in “Assay parameters”.
Protein Calibrators (BioSystems Cod. 31075). The set contains 5 different levels of IgG
concentration and it should be used to prepare the calibration curve. The calibrators are
supplied ready to use.
Reagent is provided ready to use.
Reagent open and kept in the refrigerated compartment of the analyzer is stable 2 months.
: 700 – 1600 mg/dL = 7.00 – 16.00 g/L.

It is recommended to use a serum based calibrator (Protein Calibrator, cod. 31075).
It is recommended to do a reagent blank every day and a calibration at least every 2 months,
after reagent lot change or as required by quality control procedures
