STRUCTURE
A. Reagent: Glycine buffer of 100 mmol/l, azid of sodium of 0.95 g/l, pH 8.5.
B. Reagent: Goat antibodies against Apo-V of the person, azid of sodium of 0.95 g/l.
A water thermobath on 37 °C.

SAMPLES
The serum or plasma collected on standard procedure. Use heparin or EDTA as anticoagulants. Do not freeze samples.
Serum or plasma with Apolipoproteinom-V is stable 7 days at 2-8 °C.
