Components of human serum were tested and negative reaction to presence of antibodies of anti-HIV and anti-HCV as well as Hbs-antigena is found. However, it is necessary to be careful in connection with potential infections.

NECESSARY EQUIPMENT

The analyzer, the spectrophotometer or photometer with a thermostatically controlled measuring cell with temperature condition 37ºC and with the filter 530 ± 20 nanometers.

SAMPLES

The serum received by means of standard procedures. Gemolizirovanny samples cannot be used.

Fruktozamin in serum is stable within 1 week at 2-8ºC.
